In Episode IV, Obi Wan disdainfully described Mos Eisley as "The most wretched hive of scum and villainy". And he had good reason, for the Mos Eisley spaceport was a favorite stopover of bounty hunters and criminals of all shapes and races in the galaxy.

The Mos Eisley Cantina is one of the most famous landmarks in the Star Wars saga. It was here where Luke and Obi-Wan met Han Solo and Chewbacca for the first time.

My Mos Eisley Carinderia would be different. I want it to become "A well-loved blog of fun and fantasy".

So what if I really had a carinderia? (By the way, as a backgrounder, while I was growing up in Legazpi City, my family ran a canteen)
